DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME

We will dispatch your parcel within 2-3 working days after confirming your order. We send the goods using the PPL/Zásilkovna service to the address you have entered. The shipping costs are 109 CZK in case of prepayment and 149 CZK in case of delivery on delivery. Please wait for the information SMS/e-mail from the carrier, which will inform you about the delivery of the parcel. Our goal is to deliver the goods within 5 working days from the moment of receiving the confirmation of the created order.

PICKUP IN STORE - 2-3 days (free)

We offer a pick-up service in the store, just select the pick-up in the store option when completing the purchase in the delivery method. When your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation by text message or email. The order will be delivered to the selected store within 2-3 days from Monday to Friday. You have 3 days to pick up your order from the date of delivery to the branch, just remember to bring proof of order creation for pick-up, as we will not be able to deliver the shipment to you without it.

UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If the carrier does not reach you at home the first time, they will try to deliver the order again the next day. If unsuccessful, the shipment will be stored for 7 days at the local depot and then automatically returned to the seller.
